Monthly pet fee per pet of $35.00.
One-time, non-refundable pet fee per household of $400.00.
No pet deposit other than the one-time pet fee.
Weight limit of 50 lbs per pet.
We do not allow exotic species or other pets.
We do not allow Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf-Hybrid, or any mix thereof.
